Job description

Lead business unit FP&A activities across close, forecast, AOP, and LRP, ensuring key assumptions and business drivers are reflected. Own financial models, business cases, scenarios, and management P&Ls for strategic decisions and new opportunities. Translate financial and operational performance into clear recommendations, trade-offs, and decision options. Lead assigned workstreams, structure ambiguous problems, and drive cross-functional execution.

Proactively surface risks and opportunities, improve reporting and analytics, and leverage automation and AI. Continuously raise accountability and analytical standards.

Demonstrated ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems, develop scenarios and business cases, and provide clear, actionable recommendations. Strong analytical rigor and learning agility, with the ability to challenge assumptions, identify root causes, and quickly build expertise in new businesses. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
