Job description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data governance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards. Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data governance frameworks to support data quality and accessibility. Oversee data source identification, validation, and quality assessment to ensure data fitness for purpose. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and strategies.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management practices and system performance.

What you'll bring

Extensive experience in data architecture, including conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling across relational and NoSQL databases. Proven expertise in data governance, data quality management, and regulatory compliance within enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Redshift, Azure, BigQuery, and Snowflake, and big data technologies like Hadoop and Kafka. Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data strategies and architectural solutions.

Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams on data integration, metadata management, and data ecosystem design. Proficiency in project management and business process alignment to drive data initiatives.
