Job description

Monitor and ensure delivery against agreed upon KPIs for acquisition, loyalty, and upgrades, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine strategies based on performance data and evolving member needs. Use member behavior insights to inform strategies, improving NPS and LTV through optimized value propositions, experience, and rewards programs. Lead cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, planning, and technology teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Manage budget allocation and optimize media investments to maximize marketing effectiveness and return on investment. Oversee creative brief development and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and campaigns. Guide and mentor marketing teams to enhance skills and achieve business goals. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with many stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and optimize media investments to maximize marketing ROI. Proficiency in brand management, including creating and maintaining consistent brand messaging across multiple channels. Experience in planning and implementing large-scale marketing initiatives with measurable business impact.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to adjust strategies and improve campaign performance. Excellent communication skills to influence senior leadership and guide team development. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 4 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 7 years'experience in marketing or related field. 1 year's supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional projects.
