Job description

Drive revenue growth across a strategic enterprise advertiser portfolio through annual and incremental growth plans. Build executive-level client relationships and shape joint business strategies that align advertiser and Walmart Connect priorities. Translate complex business goals into data-driven, full-funnel retail media recommendations. Present insights and opportunities clearly to influence client decisions and internal priorities.

Lead cross-functional partners to deliver integrated solutions, remove barriers, and ensure strong execution. Mentor less-tenured associates and represent Walmart Connect in high-visibility client and strategic planning discussions. What you'll bring... Preferred Qualifications...

Experience in retail media, ecommerce, or omnichannel advertising environments

• Strong understanding of advertising technology, measurement frameworks, and attribution models Experience leading joint business planning (JBP/JVBP) with large enterprise advertisers
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead complex negotiations Experience driving strategic initiatives across matrixed organizations

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

Option 1

Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.

Option 2

Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.

Option 3

5 years’ experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales. 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales. 5 years’ experience managing client accounts. 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
