(USA) Senior Manager, Billing Operations - (Billing Strategy & Process Excellence)

The person will spend their time

Leading complex billing/process initiatives. Participating in Product and Engineering discovery and roadmap discussions. Identifying upstream/downstream billing impacts. Translating operational pain points into requirements and BRDs. Driving UAT and billing readiness for launches. Tracking risks, dependencies, decisions, and escalations. Conducting root-cause analysis on recurring billing issues. Establishing governance/RACI across initiatives.

Partnering with Finance/Controllership on financial and revenue impacts. Identifying opportunities for scalable process improvement, AI, and automation.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, Program Management, Process Transformation, or related functions. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from discovery through implementation. Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash processes, including billing, revenue recognition, reconciliation, collections, and financial controls. Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in reconciliation, variance analysis, KPI development, and business-impact assessment.

Experience translating operational/business problems into clear business and technical requirements and partnering with Product and Engineering to implement solutions. Advanced level expertise of Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

Advertising, digital media, or retail media experience. Experience influencing Product and Engineering roadmaps. Experience with large-scale billing or financial-system transformations. Experience identifying and implementing AI/automation opportunities within operational workflows. Familiarity with BI/data tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
