Job description

• Partner with senior leaders to design and execute talent strategies aligned to business growth
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and high-impact development efforts
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by providing guidance and training.

Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Define and implement people strategies aligned with business goals and organizational change initiatives. Analyze people and business data to inform decisions, identify risks, and recommend improvements. Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information.

What you'll bring

Proven experience in human resource management and organizational change initiatives. Strong ability to analyze data and interpret reports to inform business decisions. Demonstrated skills in employee engagement and team development through coaching and mentoring. Expertise in driving compliance with federal, state, and company policies and procedures. Ability to develop and communicate business plans aligned with strategic goals.
