Job description

Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets. Manage control structures to mitigate financial risks and ensure proper controls in financial functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting transparency and develop new processes. Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management with clear documentation. Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles.

Lead, mentor, and develop associates, establishing performance expectations and fostering team growth. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling to support business performance and expense management. Proven ability to manage complex control structures and mitigate financial risks through effective process development and monitoring. Strong communication skills to present financial results, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing associates within a team-based environment.

Expertise in driving business plans, removing obstacles, and adapting strategies to meet operational and customer needs. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
