• Develop and implement enterprise business strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory, compliance, and legal teams
• Translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize data utilization
• Guide and mentor associates, fostering a high-performing team environment focused on accountability and development.
• Recommend and implement business strategies; reassess and adjust based on feedback and results
• Identify program and project opportunities; assess feasibility, financial performance, and ROI through data analysis

Extensive experience in business analysis with a strong focus on data-driven decision making to support strategic initiatives. Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies by evaluating analytical needs and delivering actionable insights. Expertise in stakeholder management, collaborating effectively with internal and external partners to align on business objectives. Strong communication skills to convey complex data findings clearly and influence cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated capability in assessing program performance, driving process improvements, and ensuring operational efficiency. Leadership experience in mentoring and developing teams to achieve business goals and foster continuous learning. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
