Possible Tasks within this Role Working on cross-functional projects in interdisciplinary teams in Germany and abroad Developing innovative consulting approaches to strategy, reorganization and operational excellence

• Analyze data and develop concepts and strategies
• Prepare and conduct workshops and interviews independently Developing and presenting the results to customers Qualification requirements Very good master's degree from a university Specialist internships in the automotive and/or consulting industry Practical experience in an intercultural working environment German language level C1 and English language level B2
