ROAMING NETWORK OPERATIONS ENGINEER - PuneVOIS

Job description

• Monitor and troubleshoot international roaming services to ensure uninterrupted network performance
• Manage incidents proactively and reactively within defined SLAs to support optimal customer experience
• Perform first-level triage, diagnostics, and coordination across multiple resolver teams
• Analyse network KPIs and investigate quality degradation and customer complaints
• Support automation initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities to reduce manual effort
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and service reliability Experience: 2-4 years in roaming technologies or telecom core network operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal Technical expertise in core network technologies such as SS7, SMS/SMPP, LTE Working knowledge of core platforms including STP and DRA/DEA Understanding of roaming platform integration with traditional telecom networks (2G/3G/4G/VoLTE)
