Senior Customer Account Portfolio Manager - IoT

Job description

Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business objectives, priorities, and leadership agenda, building enduring, trust‑based relationships. Partner with customers to co‑create solutions that address their business challenges and position VOIS competitively in the market. Maintain and strengthen key relationships across C‑Suite, E‑band, and F‑band stakeholders. Lead a portfolio of work, managing contract‑level P&L and ensuring commercial and delivery excellence.

Support the CAL in shaping the broader account direction and delivering strategic priorities. Implement account roadmaps and use them to expand the assigned book of business. Bring together service tower leaders to build cohesive teams that deliver measurable value for customers. Drive sales effectiveness, customer growth, and revenue delivery across the portfolio. Originate or support the development of deals and competitive RFP responses using commercially viable pathways.

Shape strategic narratives and ensure differentiated win strategies aligned to customer expectations, market trends, and growth opportunities. Experienced in managing strategic customer relationships, including sustained engagement at C‑Suite or equivalent decision‑making levels. Skilled in managing a portfolio spanning multiple customers or business areas. Proven ability to grow and expand existing engagements, identifying opportunities for value creation.

Adept at uniting cross‑functional or distributed teams to achieve shared customer goals. Collaborative leader with strong influencing capabilities who is able to motivate and align multifunctional teams. Consulting experience is beneficial but not essential.
