Key Responsibilities

Reporting, Data Preparation & Insights Development

  • Pull, clean, and analyze large datasets to ensure data is usable and accurate despite imperfections.
  • Prepare concise summaries and dashboards for weekly and monthly inventory reviews.
  • Conduct first-pass analysis to validate trends or discrepancies before escalating to leadership. DIO Support & Visibility into DIO Drivers

  • Partner with Planning, Purchasing, and Materials teams to monitor parameter accuracy and recommend updates based on demand patterns, lead time performance, and inventory objectives.
  • Support periodic parameter reviews to ensure planning settings remain aligned with current business conditions, supplier performance, and manufacturing requirements.
  • Identify and escalate inconsistent or outdated MRP parameters across sites and drive standardization where appropriate.
  • Analyze the impact of parameter changes on DIO, PDSL, inventory levels, and material availability, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Maintain governance processes and reporting to track parameter compliance, changes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

PDSL Improvement & Shortage Prevention

  • Prepare and refresh E&O reports, consolidating plant and Finance data.
  • Track plant-provided reasons and actions for E&O and identify inconsistencies.
  • Support root-cause investigation for recurring E&O drivers.
  • Create simple trackers and visuals to support leadership reviews.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
