The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end execution of our Southern Ohio facilities. This role is responsible for delivering an efficient manufacturing facility and process on time, on budget, and to world-class operational standards. The Project Manager oversees all workstreams, vendors, governance, and cross-functional coordination. In this role, you will report directly to the Plant Manager/Operations Director, setting the stage for your career to soar!

What You’ll Do

Lead the full lifecycle of the program from site selection through commissioning and production startup. Own the master project schedule, budget, scope, and risk plan.

Manage all workstreams

Construction, Equipment, Facilities, EHS, Supply Chain, Layout, and IT . Oversee architects, engineering firms, general contractors, and equipment OEMs. Ensure equipment and facility designs align for optimal flow, automation, and efficiency. Communicate with executives and lead Steering Committee updates. Ensure delivery against safety, quality, cost, and throughput performance targets. Lead change management and stakeholder alignment across the organization.

Implement disciplined project execution systems and milestone gating.

Your Skills and Expertise

10–20+ years leading large-scale manufacturing greenfield/brownfield builds. Background in metal manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or paint/finishing systems preferred. Strong understanding of facilities infrastructure, including power, HVAC, and utilities. Strong program management experience with complex facilities and equipment integration.

Additional Qualifications
