Planning & Roadmap Management
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, delivery roadmaps, and milestone trackers aligned with Digital organization priorities and business strategy; ensure plans are kept current and communicated clearly to leadership and delivery teams.
Risk & Issue Management
Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project risks, blockers, and dependencies; maintain risk registers and drive mitigation plans to closure, ensuring leadership is informed and delivery is protected from avoidable disruption.
KPI Tracking & Reporting
Define and track project KPIs covering adoption, delivery velocity, quality, and user experience; produce regular status reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders, providing data-driven visibility into delivery health and program performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered. PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
