Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of project specific documentation such as (but not limited to): Regularly reviewing and managing backlog with plant Providing Oracle based support for the Anderson team which presently operates in IFS Production delivery information / coordination
• Participate in daily production meetings Represent Vertiv on customer calls on behalf of Reynosa
• Ability to solve problems logically.

Follow department procedures and participate in the development of new and existing best practices, procedures and template documentation. Be able to collaborate with team members as well as work alone. Administration in the management of projects from inception to on-site delivery and client hand over. Adaptable to meet project demands and deadlines. Be flexible to travel to site and support project commissioning activities for developed solutions.

Required/ Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in customer relations, project coordination with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role. Strong background in Microsoft 365 tools (powerpoint, excel, outlook, teams, access, etc.)
