Key Responsibilities

Production & Material Planning Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand, MPS, SIOP, and available capacity. Ensure production plans are realistic and aligned with actual material and capacity constraints. Analyze demand, inventory, open orders, supplier lead times, and production capacity. Identify gating components, shortages, bottlenecks, and other constraints impacting production and customer delivery.

Monitor and manage planning exceptions and take corrective actions. Create and maintain planned orders and production requirements in the ERP/planning system. Balance customer priorities, production capacity, inventory targets, and material availability. Work with Purchasing to ensure critical materials are available according to the production plan. Coordinate with Production to validate capacity and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Support recovery plans for delayed materials, capacity constraints, and customer-critical orders. Maintain accurate planning parameters, including lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, calendars, and planning policies. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Logistics, and Finance . Communicate material and capacity risks clearly and proactively. Escalate critical constraints that may impact customer commitments.

Support SIOP and MPS processes with accurate planning information. Participate in regular supply and production review meetings. Drive alignment between demand, supply, and production priorities.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain, or manufacturing. Good understanding of MRP, MPS, SIOP, capacity planning, inventory management, and supply-chain processes. Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Oracle experience is an advantage. Experience with planning or APS tools is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Good Excel skills. Fluent English. The anticipated salary range for this role Slovakia is between 18 645€ to 23 307€ gross per and reflects the range applicable in that jurisdiction.
