Position Summary/Objectives of Incumbent

The purpose of this position is to support from sales through to customer service on small product sales deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a small team to deliver over $100m a year (or as per targets) of product sales to Vertiv clients
• Manage own sales through to completion of projects as well as support the Project Management Team with their projects Co-ordinate deliveries, installation and commissioning of units Monthly reporting of RDSL and PDSL for tracking performance
• Evaluate outstanding supplier purchase orders, cost management of outbound logistics and warehousing for assigned projects Monthly forecasts of revenue and invoicing WHS, Environment & Quality: Comply with all Work, Health & Safety, Environment and Quality obligations Actively promote safety in the workplace Employees reporting to Incumbent : Nil Main contacts within Company Managed Services Sales Services Finance Main contacts outside the Company Customers Suppliers locally and internationally Education/Qualification: Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Specialist Knowledge: Oracle or similar system Practical Experience: Customer Service Administration Organisational skills MS Office Personal Characteristics: Excellent communication skills – written & verbal Prioritisation capability Team player Time management
