Assistant Plant Manager

Job description

• Coordinates leachate processing activities and manages 24/7 shift assignments for treatment operations
• Oversees operation of filtering systems, biological treatment units, and coagulating/settling basins
• Establishes emergency response procedures for equipment failures and power outages
• Leads engineering and technical teams in maintenance projects and service delivery
• Develops equipment specifications and modification plans to enhance operational efficiency
• Manages technician schedules while implementing preventative maintenance programs and monitoring performance data Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the management

Qualifications

Degree holder in E&M / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Holder of REW Grade B / H or above Holder of Green Card, Driving license (1, 2) and other qualifications relative to industrial field are preferred
