Maintenance and Inventory Manager - Water Technologies

Role Summary

• Manage Maintenance Employees/Contractors and all aspects of repair/preventative maintenance
• Support plant operations by providing maintenance planning and scheduling to make effective use of company and contractor resources
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time and on budget
• Manage all aspects of purchasing, receiving, warehousing and inventory of chemicals, expendables and spare parts Responsibilities: Manage Chemical, Expendable, and Spare Part inventories, purchasing and receiving
• Work with Operations to coordinate receiving of chemicals Obtain quotes and acquire materials, equipment, and services Manage Maintenance Employees and Contractors Plan, Schedule, and Execute Maintenance (PM and Daily) Activities
• Work with Purchasing and others to issue Purchase
• Orders, perform goods receipt and track budgets

Qualifications

Associate Degree or higher (two-year college or technical school) Minimum 4-years of maintenance and/or project execution experience, preferably in Chemical Manufacturing At least one-year supervisory experience Working knowledge of CMMS and Inventory Management Software Desired Characteristics:

• Bachelor Degree or higher Prior experience in a Petroleum or Chemical Manufacturing Plant
• Ability and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of local contractors and their abilities
• Knowledge of local and national suppliers of equipment, parts, and materials
• Ability to work autonomously
