Summary

We are seeking an Analyst, Product Control and Process Risk to join our Risk Department. This position will play a critical role in setting up data health pipelines and process control frameworks within the Middle Office, while working collaboratively across other analysts and directors. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong focus on accuracy. General Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive workflows and process designs utilizing Visio, Powerpoint, Miro, or other parallel programs to map data pathways cleanly and communicate new processes. Systematically track data lineage across internal scheduling tools, broker tools, and ETRM pipelines to spot, isolate, and log system communication anomalies. Identify systemic variances, inaccuracies, or missing parameters with Systems and correct process deficiencies to eliminate future issues.

Formulate and diagram clear operational controls within the Middle Office to minimize manual file entry and reliance on unstructured data paths. Author clean, definitive Standard Operating Procedures Process Flow Diagrams for upstream data ingestion and downstream data handoffs. Exhibit flexibility in work assignments to accommodate changing priorities and business need deadlines. Maintain clean process governance structures and update system mapping records on a regular basis.

Partner closely with the broader Middle Office and Front Office teams to quickly communicate processing issues, system breaks, and operational resolutions.

Qualifications

Required experience 2 to 5 years of experience in Middle Office Operations, ETRM Data Governance, or Commodity Process Control. Familiarity with Visio, Powerpoint, Miro, Excel, and PowerBI workflows. Direct operational familiarity with ETRM platforms (FIS Aligne, RightAngle, or Endur). Hands-on experience handling transaction flows through trade lifecycle tools (ICE eConfirm). High attention to detail, a passion for tracking down system data breaks, and a strong commitment to process governance.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field focusing on data and systems. Venture Global LNG is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability, national origin, veteran status or any other basis covered by appropriate law.
