Dir, Sr. Syndications Arranger

Job description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead syndication strategy, structuring, negotiation and execution for club and syndicated transactions. Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, banks, and other financial partners. Analyze deal terms, market trends, and investor appetite to optimize syndication outcomes. Educate prospects, clients and internal partners on same. Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and closing processes with legal, credit, portfolio, operations, and underwriting teams.

Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients regarding syndication opportunities and results, market conditions, and investor themes. Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing market intelligence to inform future syndication strategies.

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in loan syndications, capital markets, or leveraged or structured finance. Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deal teams simultaneously. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities. Established network within the broader investor and banking communities.

Preferred Experience

Master of Business Administration.
