At the Valeo plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice , we manufacture powertrain systems that support fuel consumption reduction and lower emissions—including starters, air throttles, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves, electromechanical actuators, and innovative electric drives.

Your Responsibilities

Testing & Validation: Performing functional tests on electric motors and complete electric powertrain systems.

Test Programming

Building test sequences based on customer requirements, configuring measurement systems, and developing test scripts and procedures.

Data Analysis

Analyzing and interpreting data, and preparing comprehensive reports (results and conclusions).

Laboratory Development

Contributing to the development and optimization of test benches.

Requirements

Education: University degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation and Robotics, or a related field.

Specialized Knowledge

Proficiency in electric motor control methods and the ability to perform and correctly interpret electrical measurements.

Skills

Strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Language

Communicative level of English.

Nice to have

Knowledge of and ability to utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
