These challenges await you

Lead Crisis management task Force meetings Establish tracking systems for component lead times and geopolitical risks to forecast supply shortages. Publish monthly Supply Chain Risk Dashboards to give leadership complete visibility into potential material bottlenecks. Prepare standardized " Customer Approval & Cost Recovery" to pass on premium expenses Define and execute qualification plans for alternative component sources to establish dual-sourcing across all critical lines.

Formulate and enforce formal supplier charge-back claims to recover direct and indirect financial damages (line stoppages, penalties) caused by supplier failures.
