Job description

We are seeking full-time Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join Texoma Medical Center’s Urgent Care team in Denison, Texas and Durant, Oklahoma. This role offers a predictable 4-day work week and high-acuity clinical exposure, allowing you to practice a broad scope of urgent care medicine while working within a supportive and efficient care environment.

Patient Volume

• Approximately 45 patients per day per center

Location

• Denison, TX and Durant, OK (rotation between sites)

Practice Setting

• Urgent Care centers (open 7 days per week)

Support / Care Team

• Collaborative team of providers and clinical support staff

EMR / Technology

• Modern urgent care EMR system Responsibilities Provide urgent care services for patients of all ages in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Perform typical urgent care procedures including suturing, splinting, and minor procedures
• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff
• Manage day-to-day patient care responsibilities
• Document care using EMR system Compensation & Benefits Salary: $130,000 + incentives/bonuses

• 4-day work week with no call Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active or eligible Texas and/or Oklahoma license
• Minimum of 2 years of urgent care, emergency medicine, or related experience preferred
• Comfortable with common urgent care procedures
