Worth, TX. Learn how our facility impacts the community and participate in treatment teams with a multidisciplinary team approach. This is an unpaid internship.

1307 8th Ave, Floor 5, Fort Worth, TX 76104 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct Bio-psychosocial assessments Discharge planning and identifying resources within the community for aftercare Psychoeducational groups and therapeutic processing groups Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled in a graduate program for social work, counseling or other related field and has met the requirements to participate in a practicum/internship Letter of recommendation from Practicum Advisor

• Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling or another related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
