As a Charge Nurse, you will mentor a talented interdisciplinary team and directly elevate the standard of care for patients going through our continuum of care.

What You’ll Do (The Role)

Lead & Coordinate: Oversee patient care delivery, manage unit flow, and collaborate with our experienced psychiatrists.

Individualized Care

Guide patient recovery across one of our 8 specialized units, focusing on specific ages and diagnoses.

What We’re Looking For (The Requirements)

Valid State of Georgia or eCompact Nursing License. Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience. A natural leader eager to step into a charge role and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
