Responsibilities

Valley Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking compassionate and dependable volunteers who want to make a positive impact in the behavioral health community. Volunteers provide valuable non-clinical support to our patients, staff, and hospital programs while gaining exposure to a healthcare environment.

Volunteer Activities May Include

Supporting hospital and community events Preparing materials for patient activities Assisting with engagement activities Helping with approved administrative projects and special initiatives We’re Looking For: Individuals who are dependable, respectful, compassionate, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries. Volunteers may be required to complete applicable background screening, orientation, confidentiality/HIPAA training, and other hospital onboarding requirements.

This is an unpaid, non-clinical volunteer opportunity. Volunteers do not provide patient care or replace hospital employees. Qualifications
