Responsibilities

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Chart Analyst to join our talented Medical Records team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepares the patient charts for discharge process and assembles components in the correct order
• Performs audit of active charts on a regular basis
• Maintains accurate input and update of chart deficiencies into the computer system Distributes notices of delinquencies to physicians for completion
• Reviews, evaluates and processes release of information requests.
