Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining a secure environment for the Psych department, patients, visitors and all hospital personnel and medical staff. Assist in controlling any violent patients, visitors, or employees. Responsible for controlling visitors, patrolling parking lots, assuring that vehicles are correctly parked. Patrol area and report any problems. Serves as an active member of the fire brigade. Protect the Medical Center building, assets, and premises as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience: One (1) year experience in the loss prevention preferred. Licensure, Certification, Registration, etc.: Non-commission security officer.

Special Skills, Knowledge

Valid Class C Driver’s License.

Education

High School graduate or equivalent.
