• Provide comprehensive Urology care to a diverse demographic
• Manage day-to-day outpatient clinical responsibilities
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives Compensation & Benefits $560,000+ first-year total compensation (plus incentives/bonuses) Percentage of collections Year 2 Partnership Opportunity
• Ability and encouraged to grow sub specialty Academic Quality of Care in a Community Setting Qualifications Board Certified / Board Eligible Completion of an ACGME-accredited program (new graduates welcome to apply)
