The Medical Assistant performs a variety of back office activities to assist providers in conducting quality clinics, including administering injections, diagnostic testing, phlebotomy, quality surveys and various other procedures.

Required Qualifications

High school graduate or GED Completion of a Medical Assistant program, or Military Medic program Current CPR and / or BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in an ambulatory care setting Experience with multiple EMR/EHR Systems such as EPIC, E-Clinical Works (ECW), Allscripts Practice Management (APM), NextGen, Cerner Bilingual - Spanish Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
