Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver features
• Review code and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues Independently drive some of the product and pillar level initiatives
• Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and technical discussions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
• Drive improvements in reliability, performance, security, and operational excellence
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Drive CI/CD adoption and contribute to DevOps and automation initiatives
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Ensure application compliance with security, governance, and quality standards
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools AI User Responsibilities: Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks
• Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).

The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience - working on multiple layer of technology Engineering Practices Agile: Must have working experience of 6+ year in 'Agile team' Experience on at least one Gen-AI Framework understanding of MCP, A2A Protocol Good hands-on experience in Java, Advanced Java, MYSQL, MS SQL Server Front end: Good understanding of JS Frameworks like Angular/React AI working knowledge on tools like Claude Code/ Codex AIDLC understanding of what AIDLC as a concept is.

Pod Model Good in Data Structure, Algorithms and Design Patterns Demonstrates excellent problem solving skills Common

Technical Skills

Cloud: 5+ years of working Experience or good knowledge of cloud platform (e.g. OpenShift, Azure, AWS) Application Development: Java, Python, Spring Boot React / Angular .

NET (Optional) DevOps

Working experience in IAC using Terraform Working experience in CI/CD pipeline (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation)

• Knowledge of software configuration management and packaging
• Knowledge of build tools such as Maven/Gradle Open Source: Demonstrate hands on knowledge of Opensource adoption and use cases Database: 5+ working experience of database (SQL or PL/SQL), Able to create database, write queries, stored procedures Product / Project / Program Related Tech Stack: MY SQL Microsoft SQL Azure Cosmos DB Azure Kubernetes Services Azure SQL Databricks Testing using Data Quality Framework DevOps - Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Redis, Sonar, Fortify Others - JMeter, Groovy, NewRelic Development Methodology / Engineering Practices - Agile (SCRUM / KANBAN / SAFe)
• Work experience in product engineering
• Knowledge of US Healthcare domain
• Proven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
