CPS Solutions is seeking a full-time, exempt Specialty Pharmacy Manager who will work in partnership with Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, FL Primary Responsibilities:

• Direct specialty pharmacy operations, ensuring timely access to complex and high-cost therapies
• Lead and develop specialty pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, liaisons, and support teams
• Oversee payer access, prior authorization, and reimbursement workflows, optimizing time-to-therapy
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, REMS, and regulatory requirements, including documentation and audits
• Monitor clinical, financial, and operational performance metrics, driving quality and outcomes improvement
• Collaborate with providers, manufacturers, and health system partners to support therapy access and care coordination
