Cold-Chain & Supply Management

Work closely with the packaging team to ensure temperature-conditioning supplies and cold-chain materials are pre-positioned at sites/LSPs prior to collection.

Fleet & Driver Oversight

Ensure drivers update milestones via mobile apps (XMaestro), perform periodic fleet vehicle inspections, and manage shift turnover reports.

Minimum Qualifications

1+ years of experience in freight, logistics, fleet dispatching, or time-critical transport coordination. Strong proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), driver-tracking software, or dispatch platforms. Experience with airport recoveries, airline tenders, or Next Flight Out (NFO) logistics is strongly preferred. Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills in a high-stakes, time-sensitive environment.
