Job Description

About the Department Personal Financial Services: We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations. Overview of the Rol e Lead and motivate a team of Telesales Loan Agent to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service for United Overseas Bank Ltd.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Telesales Representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales strategies.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
• Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating strong work ethic and commitment to sales excellence.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telesales, with at least 1-2 years in a team leader or supervisory role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and telesales technologies.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services is highly desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
