Key Responsibilities

Project Support : Provide comprehensive project support, including progress tracking, data analysis, scheduling, documentation, and coordination of logistical activities to ensure smooth project execution.

AI Adoption

Actively leverage AI tools and solutions across delivery activities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to discussions, supporting project deliverables, and helping achieve overall team objectives.

Problem-Solving

Identify project challenges, analyze root causes, and propose practical, data-driven solutions to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.

Continuous Learning

Demonstrate a strong learning mindset by acquiring new skills through hands-on tasks, industry exposure, and guidance from experienced team members.

Communication

Support the development of clear, well-structured project documentation, presentations, and reports for internal and stakeholder communication.

Job Requirements

Educational Background : Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science, with a strong interest in applying academic knowledge to real-world projects.

Communication Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally to diverse stakeholders.

Teamwork

Proven ability to collaborate effectively within diverse, cross-functional teams and contribute positively toward shared goals.

Analytical Skills

Basic proficiency in data analysis, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving to support decision-making and project outcomes.

Technical Skills

Demonstrated interest in and foundational knowledge of AI concepts and tools is required. Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Organizational Skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain effective time management in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability
