Payroll Expert

Job description

• Currently enters into the Human Resources Management System all types of leave and absences submitted outside the Self-Service system;
• Processes employee payroll and administers remuneration data for individuals engaged under civil contracts;
• Prepares employee certificates and reports related to remuneration and compensation;
• Responsible for preparing and submitting information to the National Revenue Agency (NRA) and to the National Social Security Institute (NSSI) Sick Leave Register;
• Issues certificates of employment history and income in accordance with the applicable legislation;
• Provides guidance and support to employees regarding remuneration, absences, taxes, and social security contributions;
• Monitors changes in labor, social security, and tax legislation.
