Project Management Analyst

Job description

As a Project Manager you

• Lead, administrate or coordinate complex and/or multifunctional projects/programs (planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management);
• Are responsible for meeting organizational quality, reliability, schedule and cost requirements with the project;
• Monitor performance and recommend schedule adaptations, cost adjustments or resource supplementation;
• Apply the demand management process, joining demand, client or program managers providing project activity assessment and technical-economics evaluation;
• Solve escalated project issues throughout the project lifecycle;
• Review and coordinate deliverables of external contractors;
• Provide timely and accurate information (status updates) to project sponsors, management and users;
• Participate in budget definition based on the analysis/estimation of initial business case;
• Conduct feasibility studies and field trials;
• Generate, apply and communicate project management standards and best practices;
• Administrate and maintain project portfolio.
