Restructuring Manager Corporate Clients

Job description

• Manage portfolio of corporate clients;
• Carry out assessments and propose restructuring plans and actions based on analysis of the transaction, client’s creditworthiness, collateral pool, financial standing, business plans and opportunities;
• Participate in negotiations with clients to define and agree on restructuring strategies;
• Prepare executive summaries and risk statements for credit applications submitted by the Relationship managers;
• Perform strict monitoring and control on the implementation of the restructuring plans and follow up on respective terms and conditions.
