Senior Manager Digital Governance and Control

Job description

• Lead, develop, optimize the IT Governance framework of Unicredit Bulgaria- Bank and Subsidiaries.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CIO and help with the adoption of the best ICT Governance practices within the organization - including way of working between the technical teams, cooperation and discipline while following the defined processes.
• Oversee, continuously adapt, align with Unicredit Group the IT service management processes, including: change, incident, problem, configuration, availability, capacity, IT Financials and vulnerabilities management, transform the SDLC process.
• Monitor the project portfolio, ICT budget and availability of critical IT services by keeping the Service Monitoring processes and tools in best conditions.
• Define and monitor performance indicators, analyse results and provide management reporting;
• Act as a key contact for management escalations and collaborate with stakeholders across the Bank;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory, security and risk management requirements.
