Client Associate

Job description

Do you currently hold active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses? Do you have 1-3 years of client service experience in financial services or wealth management? Are you comfortable supporting high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients in a fast-paced environment?

We're looking for a Client Associate to:

• Maintain client information and records in CRM and account management systems.
• Support client service requests and educate clients on available account services and capabilities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for client meetings.
• Gather and process documentation required for new account openings and ongoing account maintenance.
• Coordinate team marketing initiatives, events, and administrative activities, including calendar management.
