We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive the evolution of our Global Markets Financing platform and deliver innovative solutions that create value for clients and the business.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Contribute to the Global Markets Financing Product strategy and lead end-to-end initiatives focused on equity swaps execution and post trade workflows, delivering solutions that support the evolving business and client needs.
• Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and document requirements that translate into scalable technology solutions.
• Evaluate business opportunities, market developments, client demands, and commercial drivers to support product prioritization and strategic investment decisions.
• Manage and prioritize demand across the Financing product portfolio, balancing strategic objectives, business value, risk considerations, and delivery capacity.
• Conduct detailed analysis of products, platforms, clients activity, and market trends to establish growth opportunities, competitive positioning, and areas for optimization.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to leverage generative AI, data analytics, and automation to enhance client experience, improve decision-making, and increase operational efficiency while maintaining appropriate governance and controls.
• Collaborate across Trading, Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance and Controls to deliver scalable product capabilities and measurable business outcomes.
