- act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to their demands with agility and efficiency
- manage all operational and administrative account processes, including the organization and maintenance of client documentation and Know Your Client (KYC)
- coordinate closely with stakeholders to align client requests and ensure the delivery of exceptional service quality
- foster a risk-aware culture with the team by ensuring clients are managed in line with best practices
- demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills, attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction
