As an HR Operations Intern for Italy, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling basic life-cycle events (i.e. OU changes, FTE changes)
- Managing employee absences and related documentation
- Processing and archiving HR documents
- Resolving basic employees inquiries
- Handling sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism
