We’re looking for a driven Investment Banking Senior Analyst / Junior Associate to:

• take responsibility for transaction execution workstreams across M&A and capital markets transactions, including deal documentation preparation;
• develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options and recommend strategies to meet client goals;
• generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward;
• identify and meet client needs, coordinating and working alongside senior colleagues and investors;
• create and analyze financial models for complex transactions;
• build and maintain client relationships to expand your network;
• spot problems, generate options and recommend solutions; and
• support the development of junior investment bankers.
