Client Account Manager Specialist

We’re looking for a Client Account Manager (CAM) to:

• act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• support clients throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and periodic KYC reviews
• coordinate with internal teams (Client Advisors, Advisory Specialists, Operations, Compliance) to resolve issues efficiently
• monitor deadlines and quality standards for KYC and documentation processes, escalating when necessary
• maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements
• contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance client experience and compliance
