Responsibilities

Reviewing and analyzing system specifications Reporting and documenting technical issues Analyzing community reports and reproducing reported bugs

• Support developers with bug reproducing, retesting bugfixes, testing new features Search for possible improvements Communication with development teams Monitoring of issues from the Ubiquiti community forum
• Knowledge and experience
• Must have: 2+ years of experience testing modern Web and Mobile applications Experience with AI tools - Claude, Codex, etc.

Strong computer network knowledge (TCP/IP, Internet, WiFi, VLAN, Firewall, VPN, etc.) Responsibility, accuracy, focus on detail Analytical mind and problem-solving skills Fluent in English (daily basis in written form) and Czech Base knowledge of Unix/Linux (shell commands, ssh)

Experience with Jira and Confluence Nice to have
