SUMMARY : Responsibilities include: conduct safety and forklift training and continually improve classroom orientation programs; ensure all new Team Member documentation is completed in a timely manner and submitted to their file; annual training for plant employees and on the job training for Employees.

Other duties include: assess the need for interpreters in various departments for communications clarity and coordinate the assistance of the interpreter; assist in acclimating new Team Members in and around the confines of the facility and with the qualification process; other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience : Knowledge and understanding of the work performed in the area of responsibility preferred. Previous training or Production experience preferred; Computer Skills: Standard computer skills - Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint.

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal written and presentation skills.

Special Skills

Must be comfortable in presenting material to large groups; strong organizational skills.

Education

High school graduate or equivalent required. All professional team members are expected to demonstrate responsible use of approved AI tools, including safeguarding sensitive information, adhering to company policies, and validating AI-generated outputs. Individual Contributors should demonstrate the ability to integrate AI into daily work, improve efficiency through AI-enabled solutions, evaluate outputs critically, and apply professional judgment when using AI.

People Leaders should demonstrate the ability to drive responsible AI adoption, enable effective use of approved solutions, identify opportunities to improve team performance through AI, and ensure accountability for the quality and accuracy of AI-supported outcomes.
