This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by insuring the Supervisor’s instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly. This position will also monitor all equipment to insure it is working properly and notify the supervisor of any needed maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

This position is responsible to set up their line(s) for production and any other duties assigned by Management. This position will be able to complete each job in the IQF area.

This position is also required to complete various log sheets. This position will be exposed to possible cold temperatures and wet conditions. This position will require walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis Requirements Location does not accept rehires. Must have a minimum of 6 months work experience documented on application with one employer. * The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

This position is only slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only" and “Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
