Job description

We’re looking for a rare combination

a social-first creative who thinks like a producer, plans like a platform strategist, and moves confidently through a complex network of stakeholders. You’ll own the creative development and production of TUI’s social content in the UK & Ireland and the wider TUI Group - from the first idea, through the edit, to the insight that shapes what we make next. Our customers discover, dream about and plan their holidays on social.

Formats, algorithms and audience behaviour change month to month, so this role needs someone who can turn a brief into scroll-stopping, platform-native content at pace, understand exactly why it performed (or didn’t), and bring a wide group of people with them - across UK Marketing, TUI Group, destination and brand partners, and our in-house creative and production teams. If you’re as comfortable shaping a TikTok series as you are presenting to a Group brand creative review, and you thrive in an environment that evolves as fast as the platforms themselves, this is the role for you.

The closing date for applications is Friday 16th October. The successful candidate would be required to work from our Luton office once a week. Show us what you have created - alongside your application, please share a link to your portfolio, social channels or examples of work you're proud of.

ABOUT THE JOB

You’ll lead the creative development and production of social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and emerging platforms, creating engaging content that is native to each channel and aligned with business objectives. Working closely with the Social teams, you’ll develop concepts, series and content formats that inspire audiences throughout their holiday journey, while supporting both organic and paid social activity.

You’ll provide creative direction for social content production, partnering with designers, photographers and video specialists to ensure content is planned effectively and delivered to a consistently high standard. Through testing, performance analysis and audience insight, you’ll help shape the UK social content strategy, continuously refining creative approaches and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Collaboration will be central to your role as you work across UK Marketing, TUI Group, brand partners and commercial stakeholders, aligning priorities and championing best practice in social content creation.

ABOUT YOU

You have proven experience creating social-first content for a consumer-facing brand, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates strong creative thinking, design and platform-native storytelling. A deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest enables you to create content that reflects platform trends, audience behaviours and evolving formats. Ability to communicate your creative ideas to a variety of stakeholders across the Group Experience working with content creators, designers, photographers, video editors or production teams who will help you deliver high-quality content efficiently and at scale.

You’re comfortable using social analytics and performance tools to evaluate content effectiveness and apply insights that support future creative decisions. Proven success in stakeholder management enables you to build strong relationships, balance competing priorities and collaborate effectively across a complex, multi-functional organisation. From a workplace to a place to belong. At TUI we embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging everyone to come as you are, because together, our potential is limitless.

We are committed to supporting candidates with disabilities and impairments so if you require any support, please do let us know. #LI-SH1
